36 YEARS

Still need friends to do there job.

PLEASE SHARE .This is my brother Norman George Toppel Jr. His life was taken March 27 1990 to a single bullet to the back of his head while driving his car on the south side of Chicago at 18 years of age now my brother was not the best kid he had his problems but he was sorting them out and on a straight path we hoped .The first story was they got cought in gang crossfire on 22 Cermark now if this story is true you think someone would call the police and report gunfire on a busy corner at 9 pm at night but no one did so we know that story was bullshit but that’s the story they stuck with but when question the boys there story’s changed so many times. Then some of these so call friends inserted them selves into my life as I grew up which didn’t really raise a red flag with me till many years later where out of the blue someone came to my home and started asking questions about how it’s all going with finding Norman’s killer which I thought was weird being 20 years later and then as we talked I didn’t really say much but now I was on alert this person started saying things that I never knew till I read the case years later and reading somethings that my friends said to police I was never aware of so how did this person know these things. Now I place myself on high alert thinking to myself do some of my friends know what really happened and covering for someone maybe so I cut off all contact with friends and tried to find some answers thinking to myself wouldn’t my friends that I see and hang with say hey I was questioned on what I seen and knew but none did I felt betrayed now I was 14 at the time devastated that my only brother was murdered to young to realize why or who .now in these 28 years I’ve been married had 4 outstanding heathy kids and wife. I almost lost my life four years ago which pretty much wakes someone up .My brother never had that chance because of that tragic night with his friends now we have got so many story’s about that night from so called friends of his but never the truth it is still a cold case . We are finally on the path to get the real truth just missing a few pieces of this puzzle we are in the final leg of cold case opening this back up.
